By clicking on REGISTRATION you will be taken off-site to Formstack.com. This secure server will record all of your information for the conference chairs. Please read everything carefully and follow all the instructions. You can't leave many of the items blank, so be sure to fill in everything. You may use your PayPal account to pay if you like, or you have the option to send a check IMMEDIATELY to secure a spot in the conference. Print a copy of your completed form before clicking on the "submit" button as you will not get a copy.
The form will let you know if it was submitted successfully and you will receive a brief confirmation form email to the address that you used to register. If you have an unconfirmed PayPal account, I will have to accept the payment before you will receive a confirmation, but if you don't get that confirmation within 24 hours, let us know. Be sure to check and let robink@scbwior.com know if you have any problems with the form. PLEASE DO NOT RESUBMIT WITHOUT CONTACTING ROBIN FIRST.
